Woman compensated after car accident
A woman who had aspirations of becoming a model has claimed for millions of pounds in compensation after she was involved in a car accident.
She was travelling in a car, which was being driven by her boyfriend, who was allegedly racing with another motorist. The man was driving at around 80-90mph, at which point the car left the road.
The woman sustained a range of personal injuries, including severe injuries to her spine, which caused her to lose the ability of her legs, as well as a broken pelvis, head injuries, and injuries to her chest and lungs. Car accidents such as this one can also lead to whiplash injuries.
After the accident the woman decided to contact a no win no fee solicitor to make a compensation claim, worth around £3 million. The case was decided in her favour and the woman was able to be compensated for the personal injuries that she sustained as a result of the car accident.
