How much will it cost me to make a claim?

Making a personal injury claim can be quite daunting. Here at Accidents Direct we aim to make the process of making a claim as simple as possible and we will offer you guidance from beginning to end.

All of our solicitors are in the Legal 500 and we offer you a ‘No win no fee*' service which means you are not liable for any costs, win or lose.* The compensation our Solicitors recover for you, is yours to keep with no deductions whatsoever. This will be confirmed to you in writing once your claim has been accepted.

So how does Accidents Direct make money from my claim?

The Solicitors associated with Accidents Direct are required to pay a referral fee for your claim.

So how do the Solicitors make their money?

If your claim is successful, the Solicitor will recover all legal fees from the responsible party's insurance company. This is completely separate from your compensation. If, however, your case goes on to be unsuccessful, then you will be covered by an insurance policy that the Solicitor will purchase on your behalf.

*There are only two circumstances where you will be liable for costs;

1. If you have been found to be making a fraudulent claim.

2. If you fail to co-operate with the Solicitor once you have signed all of the necessary paperwork.
