Woman compensated after car collision
A woman has been compensated with thousands of pounds after she was involved in a car accident that left her with personal injuries.
The woman was driving in her car, when she was hit from behind by another driver. She sustained injuries to her neck, including a whiplash injury.
She decided to claim for compensation and with the help of personal injury lawyers she took her case to court and was awarded with over £6,000.
A spokesperson from the personal injury lawyers firm that represented the woman, said: “From a legal perspective this was a very straightforward case.
She also added that: The defendant was not paying attention while driving and as a result caused my client’s real and ongoing harm. We’re glad to have been able to assist with her claim.”
Speaking about the incident, the woman said: “Everything was handled very efficiently and very well. The treatment I received from Thompsons was great and I’d encourage other union members and their families to make use of the FBU union’s free legal services.”
