Road accident leads to compensation payout for injuries
A woman has received tens of thousands of pound in compensation after she was injured in a car accident. At the time of the road accident, the woman had been driving from her working place to her home.
As the woman was driving, she noticed a vehicle coming towards her, in her side of the road as it was trying to overtake a number of cars on their side of the road. The oncoming vehicle was not able to get back onto the right side of the road, and crashed head on into the woman’s car.
The impact of the crash forced the car into a ditch at the side of the road. The woman was taken to hospital, where she received treatment for a number of personal injuries including internal bruising.
The woman had to take time off from work to recover from her injuries and also from the traumatic experience that she faced as a result of the car accident.
She contacted a personal injury lawyer who represented the woman in her legal claim for compensation. With the lawyer’s help the woman was able to receive a compensation claim worth £35,000.
