Personal Injury suit in Illinois
A Madison County man and his associated company have had a suit filed against them after a couple alleged they received serious personal injuries after a collision in a road accident.
Ronald Leflore and his partner were driving north on North Illinois when Jim Kruta Jr collided with their vehicle , according to the complaint filed in St. Clair County Circuit Court. At the time of the accident, Jim was working for Kruta Bakery.
Due to the crash, Ronald sustained neck, shoulder and body injuries, whilst his wife suffered from a personal injury to the head, neck and back.
The couple have claimed Kruta was negligent because he failed to keep a proper lookout, failed to brake and failed to turn to avoid the collision.
Therefore, the Leflore’s are seeking $50,000 plus in compensation due to loss of earnings, prevention from duties and suffering mental and physical pain.
