Motorcyclist launches no win no fee compensation claim
A motorcyclist who was injured in a crash has recently launched a no win, no fee claim for compensation.
The man from Essex is set to take action against the motorist, whose negligent actions, the man claims, were to blame for the crash which took place. After the crash, The man had to be rushed to hospital in order to receive treatment for a broken hand, broken ribs, five fractured vertebrae and a brain injury; he has struggled with “decreased concentration and is more forgetful, and needs help with his finances”. He is also at risk of developing post traumatic epilepsy; it remains to be seen if his condition will worsen in the future.
According to the man’s claim, he also suffers from back pain and is unable to lift heavy items; he also suffers experienced headaches and memory loss as a result of the accident. This will be taken into account in calculating his compensation.
The outcome of the no win, no fee case still remains to be seen; however, given the serious nature of the man’s condition, it is likely that he will receive compensation in this case.
