Wrong prescriptions can lead to no win no fee case

Every year in Britain there are hundreds of incidents where patients at hospitals and GP clinics are exposed to potentially fatal mistakes regarding their prescription medicine. Therefore a case of medical error could result in the patient filing for a no win no fee lawyer to seek compensation.

Mistakes can be made at any stage of the medication process. Whether it is labelling, dispensing or prescription all the staff must remain thorough when checking for mistakes to limit the chance of medical negligence.

Last year there was immense coverage over the state of hospitals in the UK from staff shortages to alleged funding. Such work conditions can result in situations where under-qualified nursing staff are left to their own devices.

In an attempt to decrease the number of mistakes in hospital all NHS Trusts release reports which work to reduce the number of errors where affected patients might need to seek a no win no fee lawyer.
