No win no fee can help with holiday compensation
Holiday injuries can include a trip, slip or fall and personal injuries may be able to help a victim gain compensation through no win no fee. No one knows this situation more than the Swann’s.
Their dream cruise holiday turned into a nightmare, when the married couple were caught up in a crash in Norway. Wife Diane was left with personal injuries after the coach went off the road and ended up tilted in a deep concrete culvert near a rock face.
Husband Brian, fell on the rock and suffered a back injury and bruising to his kidneys, pelvis and ribs. As a result the couple plan to take legal action for compensation against P&O, which is the company that organised the day trip.
A P&O spokesperson stated: “The welfare and support of our passengers is our absolute priority and we do our utmost to provide the necessary care for them at all times, both during the cruise and on their return home. We will not, however, discuss legal matters publicly.”
The Swann’s claimed that after the road accident P&O offered them just £100 as a gesture.
