Will my injury lawyer be completely free?

Yes under the Accidents Direct scheme you would never be asked to be for a personal injury lawyer to represent your case for compensation. A solicitor who operates under our scheme will be entitled to claim their costs from the third parties insurance company.

If a case went on to be unsuccessful then the client (the person who is claiming the compensation) would be covered under an insurance policy that Accidents Direct purchase on their behalf. This is how the scheme can remain free 100%*

What is the difference between an injury lawyer and a personal injury solicitor?

Essentially there is not a lot of difference between the two terms; it is just the way people describe them.

The term ‘lawyer' is a general term for someone who practices specific areas of law e.g. a solicitor. A good lawyer will help their client by offering practical legal advice and solutions to a problem.

This is why, here at Accidents Direct we only deal with lawyers and solicitors who have been listed in the Legal 500. This is a list compiled of the best solicitors and legal professionals in their field and as such highlights the fact that the solicitor/lawyer will be excellently qualified to deal with any clients claim.

The law is highly complex in areas, which is why there are many different types of solicitors who deal with different fields of law. The area of personal injury is no different and as a firm with years of experience in this field we feel that a good lawyer will help our clients to feel more at home making a claim and as such will receive a greater financial settlement.
