Mother sues council as her tow year old son suffers electric shock
A mother is ready to make a compensation claim after her 2 year old son suffered injuries from an electric shock.
The two years old kid’s mother is taking legal action against the city council as the vanadalised light in the vicinity of the council flats resulted in the disastrous incident. The lady was returning from her friend’s barbecue when she halted to fold her baby carriage.
Her son then started roaming around and suddenly his mother heard his scream. The toddler had unknowingly touched the loose electrical wires that were a part of the vanadalise light which caused him a 240 volt electric shock.
Due to the electric shock the two year old suffered severe burns in his hand and was taken to the nearly hospital. The medical faculty were surprised that the shock was not actually fatal and the boy was miraculously saved by his thick soled rubber trainers.
The shock actually blew out the lights from the entire building but the rubber trainers worn by the little boy earthed the shock through his body and saved him from grievous consequences. Fortunately the ground was also dry which was an additional help.
Now the toddler’s mother is demanding compensation for the carelessness on the part of the council. In fact according to some of the residents of the flat, the wires have been in the similar condition from the past one year.
