Scottish mother may seek compensation claim after car accident
A new mother and her young baby may seek to make a car crash claim, following an incident in which the vehicle in which they were travelling was involved in a collision on the A7 with a second vehicle, near Hawick in the Scottish Borders.
The mother has been taken to Hospital in Melrose, Scotland, the same hospital, coincidentally, where her baby was delivered. Both she and her child have been said to be in a serious medical condition, 24 hours after the road traffic accident.
The male driver of the Honda Civic, the vehicle carrying the mother, also suffered a serious leg injury, requiring him to be cut free of the car’s wreckage.
Minor injuries were also sustained by the other driver in the collision, who had been at the wheel of a Volkswagen Golf.
A police spokesman stated that the police are still seeking witnesses to the vehicle collision, and would particularly like to speak to the driver of a small red car. Once the accident can be understood fully, the victims may be entitled to make a car crash claim for compensation.
If you have been injured in a similar car accident, you too could be entitled to make a car crash compensation claim. Do not hesitate in seeking professional legal help.
