Car accident compensation to be awarded to teenage passenger
A teenage boy who suffered serious injuries in a car accident in which he was a passenger has recently been awarded a multi-million pound pay-out by the High Court.
The boy had been travelling as a passenger on his way to a camping trip when the accident took place, on October 12 of 2002.
He was thrown from the vehicle, which caused him to suffer serious brain injuries. He now requires constant live in care, around the clock, which can be expected to be the case for the rest of his life, which was taken into account in calculating his compensation.
His personal injury car accident compensation has been calculated at £6.3 million, which is set to cover the cost for his future care needs.
If you or anyone you know has ever suffered similar injury in a car accident that was the fault of a third party, there is a chance that you could be entitled to seek a car accident compensation claim. You are advised to get into touch as soon as possible with a firm of no win, no fee solicitors.
