£180,000 compensation for car accident injuries
Injury lawyers for a woman injured in a car accident have been successful in getting her £180,000 in compensation claims.
It was reported in court that the woman suffered minor brain damage and whiplash in a road traffic accident.
The judge heard that the injuries were grievous enough to affect her in the long-term and awarded more than £180,000 in compensation.
Not only did the woman sustain new personal injuries but also worsened a pre-existing back condition by the car accident, heard the court. Her injury lawyers said she still lives with the effects of her personal injuries.
She now regularly suffers from fatigue, memory loss, and headaches and has problems with her concentration.
Her personal injuries have meant she will never be able to take up a full-time job in her life again.
It was found that her compensation claim lasted for almost three years before her injury lawyers managed to secure the £180,000 payout in a settlement.
