Even though The Treasury Prosecution Office is charting out conditions related to any form of conclusive resolution contracts, but the head treasury prosecutor commented that the magnitude of intricacy of this case and the condition of the craft causing damage in the crash will have a serious effect on the turn out of the claims made. The airplane involved in the crash was a Tu-154 aircraft, which means that technically it was a military aircraft.

The head of the treasury prosecution department has planned to pay a visit to the families of the crash victims by the end of the month of August this year after receiving the complete analysis of this accident, since only at that point it will be clear if a settlement can be made out of court or whether the issue needs to be resolved within the walls of the court.

The personal injury lawyer representing the twin brother of the late Polish president said that none of the family members have been informed about any form of developments related to this case through the Treasury prosecution. The accident is still undergoing formal inquiry even though the Prosecutor is carrying out all the processes involved. It is still uncertain about the amount of compensation involved because nothing is crystal clear at this point.
