Man wins payout after head injury
A man has been compensated with hundreds of thousands of pounds after he was left with personal injuries as well as psychological injuries.
The man, who is in his late fifties, was at work when the accident happened. He worked as a reception assistant and while he was completing his duties, he was struck on the head while inspecting a lorry.
The man was left with blurry vision, nausea and severe pain. After the accident, the man was forced to cut down his working hours.
He continued working in different department, but he was soon forced into early retirement on the grounds of ill health.
The man contacted a personal injury lawyer in order to make an accident claim, and was able to receive £210,000 in compensation.
