Accident claim helped by advice bureau

The Accident Advice bureau has helped a victim win his
accident claim and has thus been compensated £118,500. The individual received
personal injuries due to a serious
work accident.
During the time of the accident, the claimant was a painter and decorator contracted to Southern Decorators in Brighton. In order to avoid using a scaffolding tower, which he believed to be unsafe, the labourer used a small step ladder to decorate the classroom of a local college.
He then fell 10 feet from the ladder, sustaining a compound fracture to his leg. Since then, he had to suffer several operations and now requires a mobility car to leave his house.
The Accidents Advice Bureau won the claimant a settlement figure of £118,500. Ian Robinson, Director of the Bureau said: “Our client has expressed his gratitude to us for the professional manner in which his claim was handled. The accident has caused severe disruption and stress to the client and his family and friends. We hope that the money awarded will alleviate some of the suffering he has endured.”
